A Scenario describes a postulated events variation and is created interim to evaluate and simulate different options. Typically, a Scenario contains only a selected set of Portfolio Element Entities.

Creating a Scenario

A –Name of the Scenario.

B – Description of the Scenario.

C – Scenario Score calculated based on the Evaluation Criteria.

D – Expected Benefit of the Scenario with following choices:

  • Extraordinary
  • High
  • Average
  • Low
  • Negative

E – Expected Cost of the Scenario with following choices:

  • Extraordinary
  • High
  • Average
  • Low

F – Expected Risk of the Scenario with following choices:

  • Extraordinary
  • High
  • Average
  • Low
  • Negative

G – Rating of the Scenario with following choices:

  • Exceeds
  • Above
  • Average
  • Below
  • Fatal

H – History of the creation and update information.

I – The decision about the Scenario.

J – An advantage description of the Scenario.

K – A disadvantage description of the Scenario.
