This release adds new relationship management functionality, introduces several new tables for key performance and risk indicators, and offers a range of updates to the Relationship Picker and other areas, while addressing various bug fixes and access control issues.
Introducing New Functionality
- Relationship Picker Enhancements: New settings view for UPM-X Admin, features to block duplicated relationships, and the ability to create rules to allow/block suggested relationships based on user groups.
- New KPI Management Tables: Introduced tables to manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Process Performance Indicators (PPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Metrics, and Measures.
- New Suggested Relationships: Added suggested relationships for new tables, including a new relationship type "measures::measured by."
Updates & Improvements
- Visual Relationship Picker V2.1 (FREELUCY): Improved design with updated colors; browser results displayed as "(empty)" instead of "NULL."
- Access Control Lists (ACLs): Added ACLs for UPM-X Reader and UPM-X Relationship Editor across various required tables to ensure proper access.
- Scripts and Client Tools: Introduced client scripts to remove ServiceNow dependency view and relationship editor; new script to clean/reset former data quality tables.
- Application Menu: Adjusted the Business Application (CSDM) and Business Capability (CSDM) menus to open in UPM-X View.
- Extended Image Paths: Extended the image path for the relationship picker to avoid access rights restrictions in some instances.
Bug & Issue Fixes
- Relationship Picker Issues: Fixed problems with resizing, not showing all available relationship types, and displaying extended table entries in the browser where no suggested relationships are defined.
- Access Control Problems: Addressed missing dictionary entries causing some tables to be inaccessible.
- Data Quality Widget: Updated ACLs for UPM-X Reader to ensure proper access.
