This update introduces new features like Clickable Hierarchy in Form view, a Data Quality table, and a Data Governance Portal, alongside several new tables for business and data management, as well as renaming adjustments to resolve conflicts and updated lifecycle phases.

Introducing New Functionality

  • Clickable Hierarchy Formatter: Adds clickable labels in Form view to represent the full hierarchy (parent/child).
  • Data Quality Table: Displays data definitions, completeness, currentness, and verification options for stewards.
  • Data Quality Email Notifications: Enables email alerts for stewards and steward groups.

Updates & Improvements

  • Renaming to Avoid Conflicts: Updated names to avoid conflicts with CMDB tables, adding "UPM-X" suffix to:
    • Business Application
    • Business Capability
    • Information Object
    • Business Process
  • Indicator Table Update: Renamed to "Realtime Indicators" for consistency with the Designer application.
  • Data Definitions & Scoping Logic: Updated algorithms, requiring recreation of existing definitions to use new functionality.
  • Demo Data Cleanup: Removed Department, Business Owner, IT Owner, and Steward information to avoid confusion due to potential missing data.
  • Lifecycle Changes: Changed "Standard" lifecycle phase to "In Production" and updated all related reports; changed the Strategy to Business Capability relationship from "enables" to "influences."

Bug & Issue Fixes

  • Various Issues: Resolved relationship management, hierarchy representation, and naming conflicts within the updated metamodel structure.
